What this website does with data, and what it does not do.
Privacy notice.
This site is a company brochure. It has no contact form, no newsletter, no user accounts and no advertising. It does not profile visitors and does not share data with advertising networks.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by LangExperts Inc., a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. For any question about this notice or about data held about you, write to team@langexperts.com.
What is collected
Server logs, and nothing else.
Like every web server, the server hosting this site records each request it receives. Those records include the IP address of the visitor, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser identification string. They exist so that the hosting provider can operate the service and investigate faults and attacks, and they are deleted on the provider’s own retention schedule.
The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by Bluehost, part of Newfold Digital, on servers located in the United States. Visiting the site therefore involves a transfer of the technical data above to the United States.
No analytics or measurement tools
No advertising or tracking cookies
No social network buttons or embedded players
No fonts, scripts or images loaded from third-party servers
No contact form and no newsletter
If you write to us
Email correspondence.
If you contact us by email we hold your message and your contact details for as long as our business relationship or enquiry requires, and we use them only to answer you and to manage the work that follows. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list and we do not pass contact details to anyone else.
Documents sent to us for translation are handled under the confidentiality terms agreed with the client, normally a non-disclosure agreement signed before any file is received.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, data protection law gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to its use. Write to team@langexperts.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If the site changes — for example if a contact form or a measurement tool is added — this notice will be updated before the change goes live.
