For vendor managers, supplier managers and project managers.

Add us to your vendor list.

Write to us directly. There is no form on this page on purpose: onboarding a supplier means exchanging documents, and that is easier by email than through a web page.

What to send

Three ways this usually starts.

The order is the same in all three: write to us first, put confidentiality in place, then send the documents.

Vendor onboarding

Send your onboarding form and NDA and we will complete and return them. If you need our profile and rate card first, ask and we will send both.

A specific job

Tell us the direction, the document type, the word count and the deadline. That is usually enough for us to confirm whether we can take it; the package and the reference material follow once confidentiality is settled.

A test file

Most agencies want to see the work before the commitment. We sign first, then translate a short sample with its reference material so you can judge the result.

Before you send files

Confidentiality first.

Unpublished patent applications and clinical documentation are sensitive by nature, so nothing sensitive changes hands before confidentiality is in place. If you already have a framework agreement, a supplier portal or your own security procedures, we work inside them. If you do not, we will sign your NDA, or send ours. Ask and it comes with our vendor profile.
